Shipping & Return Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation with your order number immediately after placing an order, and updates as its status changes.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver pan-India through reputed courier partners.
  • Metro cities: 3–7 business days from dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 5–10 business days from dispatch.
  • Shipping charges: FREE on orders of ₹999 and above; a flat fee of ₹99 applies on orders below ₹999.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across serviceable PIN codes in India.
  • Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer an easy 7-day return — you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
  • Sarees with fall/edging done on request, altered garments, and items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
  • Minor irregularities in weave or print of handloom products are inherent to the craft and are not treated as defects.
  • To request a return, contact us with your order number at the details below.

5. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges, at no cost to you.

6. Refunds

  • Once the returned item passes quality check, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you provide.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except for damaged/wrong deliveries.

7. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order from the My Orders section any time before it is packed.
  • Once shipped, an order can no longer be cancelled — you may instead use the return process after delivery.
  • Stock from cancelled orders is restored immediately, and nothing is charged for COD orders.
