These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Shagun Saree Sansaar website and the purchase of products from it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to purchase from this website. By using the website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information or misuse the platform.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST at applicable rates.
• Product colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings — particularly for handloom and handcrafted items, where minor variations are characteristic of the craft and not defects.
• We make every effort to keep listings accurate; however, in case of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amount collected.
• All orders are subject to stock availability.

4. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation with an order number.
• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected in full at the time of delivery.
• We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale, or misuse of offers.

5. Shipping, Returns & Cancellation

Shipping timelines, return eligibility, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, product images, text, and design — is the property of Shagun Saree Sansaar or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. It may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

• Using the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the website, other accounts, or our systems.
• Posting false reviews, or uploading content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shagun Saree Sansaar's total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Consumer Grievances

We endeavour to resolve all complaints in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within one month from the date of receipt.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
